Overview: The Maintenance Technician will be part of the Operations Department, taking direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and reporting directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartment buildings assigned to them, which may consist of multiple locations and building types. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that their assigned apartment buildings are maintained to the highest standards of excellence, both set by our company and the industry.
