Description: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Work alongside field Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely and on-schedule. Coordinate and manage both self-performed and sub-contracted scopes of work. Manage scheduling with vendors, subcontractors and onsite staff. Provide status reports regarding budget, milestones, timelines and potential challenges. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all project phases. Resolve any project-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Manage all document control and submittal processes. Review and approve all change orders. About the Role The position is responsible for all activities at the construction site, including providing a safe and productive work environment, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects stays within budgetary limits set forth by the estimate. Candidates must have verifiable work experience as a superintendent, with additional construction experience required. Must understand schedules and be able to complete projects on time and on budget by tracking variances and cost projections.
