Description Job Summary: Manages the full cycle recruiting process in multiple locations across several states for DOT compliant commercial Drivers. This includes sourcing, screening, marketing, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, conducting background checks and drug screenings, job offers, onboarding, pipeline management, ensuring compliance with all FMCSA requirements for Drivers, and 90 day follow up with new Drivers.
