The Operator will report to the Line Supervisor. The Operator will assist with running any equipment or machine associated with production and packaging. The Operator will be trained by a subject matter expert per the work instructions and be expected to run the equipment proficiently. The Operator will not be proficient in all equipment associated with packaging/production but will be with selecting equipment and machinery (training to be certified on one machine for advancement to Sr. Operator).
