Established in 1905. We are a not-for-profit organization, sponsored by the Masonic fraternity, which is dedicated to meeting the physical, social, and spiritual needs of all seniors. For over 100 years Three Pillars Senior Living Communities has been meeting the social, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults. We offer a full continuum of care on our 60 acre campus, which is nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman, WI. Today, as it was so many years ago, we continue to provide our residents with the lifestyle they deserve, the value they demand, from people they can trust! In 1905, a Mason named Willard Van Brunt established a $200,000 endowment to create the Wisconsin Masonic Home for fellow Masons and their families who could no longer support themselves independently. In 1982, the Masonic Health Care Center opened and residents of the infirmary were relocated to this new 84 bed skilled nursing facility. In 1991, the Village on the Square opened -- independent living for older adults. In 1996, capacity expanded to 108 apartments, plus five duplexes. In 1995, Riverside Lodge, a 20 bed CBRF opened. In 1996, MasonWoods opened on beautiful Shawano Lake in the town of Cecil, which consists of a 26-unit independent apartment complex & five duplexes In 2006, Compass Point opened - a 75-unit Catered Living facility attached to the Village on the Square. In 2010, Hickory Suites Rehab facility opened. In 2011, we expanded our outreach to seniors by extending fitness, nutrition, and other wellness services to the community through our Wellness Connection.
