PJ Printers has grown from one employee and no home, to over 90 employees and three homes Jeff Lane started working at Enterprise Printing as a pressman, when the owner suggested he get a business license to handle the growing number of customers requesting to work with Jeff. So, in 1983, PJ Printers was born; as more customers kept coming they moved to Langdon Press. Jeff and his wife Pam had many long days and nights of printing, packaging, and delivering. Through it all, there was one constant PJ Printers was being blessed as it continued to grow. In 1989, PJs moved to its first permanent home on Fender Avenue in Fullerton, complete with one small and one large press. For four years, Jeff and his team were able to groove a path, establishing solid client relationships and positive word of mouth which generated new clients. As PJs client base grew, so did requests for work. For the following two years, PJ Printers expanded into more units on Fender, eventually occupying three units altogether. Space ran out, which prompted PJs to move in November of 1993 to larger quarters on Las Brisas Place in Placentia. Along with them came a new two-color press, a Mueller, another letterpress, a folder, a front office, and finally an office just for Jeff. As technology grew, Jeff realized the benefit of generating film, offering digital prepress, design, and layout capabilities to PJs clients. Complementing these added abilities was the addition of a four-color press and a second shift. The new work generated a need for more personnel and more space, prompting Jeff to lease extra building space. PJs expanded again in the only direction left: Up. This created office space for estimating, customer service, and billing. PJ Printers continued to grow, and the move to a brand new building at 1530 North Lakeview Avenue in Anaheim was completed in July of 2001. Once again, new equipment came with the move this time a six color Komori press with coater, ready to run before the building was even finished. Today, PJ Printers ...

Finally, troubleshooting requires confirmation that the solution restores the product or process to its working state. Any unexpected or undesirable behavior is a symptom. Troubleshooting is the process of isolating the specific cause or causes of the symptom. Frequently the symptom is a failure of the product or process to produce any results. (Nothing was printed, for example). Corrective action can then be taken to prevent further failures of a similar kind.
