This initial positive experience set a great tone for my time here. The company offers decent training and fair pay, but career advancement can take time without self-advocacy. I appreciate the diversity of perspectives within the organization—it makes for a more dynamic and respectful workplace. My career has grown more in the past two years here than in the previous five at my old job.

The work environment is positive and respectful, with strong collaboration and communication. I’m so grateful for the generous paid time off. However, the culture is a bit impersonal at times. This investment shows a commitment to keeping our skills sharp and relevant, which benefits both the employee and the company in the long run. This positive first impression has been validated every day since I started working here. The experience was inconsistent though never problematic.

Most of the work is process-driven and can become repetitive. The company offers clarity and support. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. I also appreciate the hybrid work model and flexibility in scheduling. There's a healthy mix of routine and challenge.
