PCS Construction Group (formerly PolySpec Construction Services, Inc.) was founded in 2002. The initial purpose for PolySpec Construction Services, Inc. (PCS) was to provide a turnkey warranty to Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX for the installation of PolySpec LP coatings products. Reliant wanted to use the PolySpec LP products throughout the stadium, but wanted the manufacturer to guarantee both the the material and the labor. So a new company, PolySpec Construction Services, Inc., was created to do just that. As a result of this unique turnkey warranty offering, what we called Single-Source Construction Management, PCS gained interest from more and more customers in several different industries. The marine industry, in particular, recognized the benefits of our turnkey approach, and soon PCS was awarded a 14 Navy Ship Program with General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego and several offshore projects for Transocean. In 2008, PolySpec LP was purchased by Illinois Tool Works, but PolySpec Construction Services was not. As a result, PolySpec Construction Services, Inc. became PCS Construction Group. This name change has allowed PCS to offer a more broad range of products and services to our customers. Currently PCS is involved in a multi-ship contract for Austal in Mobile, AL. We also manage countless offshore and shipyard projects, and we have a strong presence in the industrial coatings market. Call us at 281-453-4390. Email us now. | Fill in our form request.
