The person would be responsible for brining in new business, primarily through contacts with real estate brokers and agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and residential and commercial builders. The ideal candidate has experience with the real estate industry, however that is not necessary if the person has the sales skills. This is primarily a commission-only position, but the Company would consider a base salary plus commission for the right candidate. The company is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, but we close real estate transactions throughout Florida. The candidate can be located anywhere in Florida, but will be expected to be in the office a certain minimum number of days per month depending on the candidate's experience.
