Job Description Job Description The primary responsibilities of the Porter are to maintain the property interior and exterior in immaculate condition and to assist with the physical management of the property as requested. The Porter will report to a Building Superintendent. Duties and Responsibilities General Walk the property on a frequent basis to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds; Maintain the following building common areas in a neat condition free of litter and dirt: entry vestibules, stair halls/landings, laundry rooms, super’s office, Porter’s shop and property management office.
