While I appreciate the structured work environment, I sometimes wish there were more opportunities for creativity or innovation. Innovation is supported in theory and it is in practice. Communication is formal and structured. Employee resource groups are active and well-supported, providing safe spaces for underrepresented groups. The onboarding process was seamless, and I had access to mentors who helped guide me early on. However, there’s little excitement in the day-to-day tasks.
