Troubleshoots and trains employees in troubleshooting processes. Ensures procedures are implemented and logged accordingly. Ensures state, federal, and environmental compliance. Responsible for maintenance scheduling and recording. Responsible for machine/equipment adjustments and repairs, including metal detectors, product scales, packaging machines, cartoners, and x-ray’s. Maintains communication with Quality Systems Director and Plant Manager. Maximizes optimal machine and equipment efficiency by ensuring limited downtime.
