Job Duties & Responsibilities: Operate and monitor extrusion, mixing / blending, packaging equipment to produce high-quality products Set up and adjust machines according to specifications During changeover, make setup by manually removing, cleaning and installing extruder die heads. Monitor extruder control panels and make required adjustments in accordance with written machine and processing parameters and verbal instructions from the supervisor and/or process engineer. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow all production and quality related policies and procedures Operate process equipment such as extruder, pumps, silos and packaging line.
