Overview: Runner- Saltgrass Steakhouse It is the responsibility of the runner to execute the #1 and #2 priorities of the Saltgrass Pivot Point System, hot food and cold drinks. Runners deliver food and cold drinks to the guest using proper Saltgrass etiquette and procedure, and assist the restaurant in any other needs to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
