Job Description Job Description At Kansas Gastroenterology, we are dedicated to the patient experience, including quality and satisfaction. We are currently seeking an Outpatient Scheduler to join our well-established GI clinic and Endoscopy Center. Characteristics of a successful candidate will include demonstrated quality patient care, an advocate of a positive patient experience, commitment to achieving performance measures, high level of energy and self-motivation, and a dependable professional with a desire to work in a team setting. Your responsibilities will include: Essential Job Responsibilities: Schedules outpatient diagnostic and screening procedures, imaging, and other medical testing via phone or faxed information Works directly with the patient and/or family to coordinate scheduled procedures Interacts with the hospital and other facilities to coordinate procedures Electronically enters information in the patient record Review patient instructions with the patient/family
