Job Summary Workforce Training & Continuing Education (WTCE) Instructors are generally considered Subject Matter Experts (SME) in their particular field of expertise. WTCE instructors are required to provide high quality instruction for predominantly adult learners. Instructor work hours are based upon an as-needed schedule and are determined by program requirements, but will not exceed part-time hourly employment.
