**Job Description**: The Warehouse Clerk at DHL is responsible for performing clerical tasks within the warehouse, including data entry, inventory management, and tracking shipments. You will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Accurately input financial transactions into case management software, including amounts, dates, and financial account codes. •Reconcile bank statements to internal records and identify discrepancies. •Print checks and process Client Settlement Disbursement packets as instructed by Disbursement Coordinator. •Verify accurate mailing, delivery and receipt of disbursement payments. •Confirm financial transactions for financial institutions processing Client checks. •Enter accounts payable invoices accurately for payment. •Reconcile transactions from Litify to QuickBooks as requested by the Disbursement Coordinator. •Managing accounts payable
