Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY A Project Manager will be assigned to the CONSTELLATION-class frigate (FFG) program management team with emphasis on planning, organizing, and guiding a variety of projects in search of maximizing return on investment (ROI) by gaining efficiencies in the shipyard by revising the build strategy. This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, chairing meetings/devising agendas, researching available technologies or capabilities, conducting business case analyses/determining the ROI, preparing proposals, managing subcontracts, producing required periodic reports, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate Program Manager guidance and recommendations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Foster the customer relationship in a team based selling model. • Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (e.g., delivery mis picks, short on loads, stock-outs). • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms. • Leverage other resources to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening. • Develop new business; identify prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases, as well as business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. • Know the market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
