Purpose: Demand and Supply Planning Manager is responsible for creating a consensus demand forecast to help ensure proper supply and service levels at the lowest landed cost. Through data analytics, process implementation including S&OP, relationship building and incorporating non-statistical information from the sales/marketing team, the Demand Planning Managers help achieve the goal of balancing sufficient inventory levels to meet customer needs without excess inventory.
