You will be responsible for either sanding and refinishing hardwood flooring or installing hardwood flooring and laminate planks. Primary responsibilities Sanders: Sand and finish hardwood floors as either a foreman or a helper Inspect and clean the surface in preparation for the material. Correct defects such as a sub-floor that is uneven or contains rotted wood. Sweep, scrape, sand, or chip dirt and irregularities from base surfaces, and fill cracks with putty. Installers: Install hardwood flooring. Cut flooring materials. Install floor covering and ensure there are no cracks. Clean up leftover adhesives.
