A route supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with territory managers to help supervise all aspects of a route sales representative’s performance in the territory; Periodic route work; Limited operations and maintenance of ice cream cabinets and route trucks; Assisting territory managers and branch manager with special store promotions and openings; Training new route sales representatives.
