Galison Publishing LLC is seeking a Production Assistant to join our Sourcing and Production department and support the product development and production process across the Galison, Mudpuppy and Brass Monkey brands. The Production Assistant will report to our Director of Sourcing and Production, working with a small and enthusiastic department. The person in this role will track, organize and distribute proofs, prototypes, production samples and advance samples, while also managing offsite storage inventory and assisting in split order requests. They will enter information from purchase orders into our ERP software system, support and maintain the Sourcing & Production Master Grid, and prepare Testing Request Form (TRF) submittals with our 3rd party testing lab. They will also manage Amazon compliance process by creating CPC's and submitting necessary paperwork.
