Description Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and evaluate heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, as well as related equipment: i.e. unit ventilators, air handlers, furnaces, steam traps, exhaust equipment. Install and rebuild compressors, various pumps. Install, repair, calibrate and setup pneumatic and electronic climate control systems. Troubleshoot and repair all phases of boiler operations including but not limited to controls, gas and safety valves, brickwork, piping, and combustion analysis. Assume other duties as directed by HVAC Foreman or Maintenance Director. Operate and maintain District Buildings. Qualifications REQUIRED Journeyman and/or Associate Degree with at least 5 years experience Valid WI drivers license and State Certified Refrigerant handlers License.
