Overview: The Admissions Counselor (Counselor) Level I is responsible for recruitment in graduate healthcare programs. Utilizing omni channel engagement to include phone calls, emails, texts and chats, the Counselor will be responsible for ensuring high quality contact with all requests for information (RFI). The Counselor will meet recruitment benchmarks by determining student readiness, viability, and interest on all RFIs for maximum cohort enrollment. The Counselor is a prospective student’s first personal interaction with the university and online program and will work with a pool of prospective students from the initial inquiry to application completed.
