**Job Title: General Foreman** **Job Description** As a general foreman, you will meet with superintendents and other foremen every morning before everyone else arrives. You will assist in allocating people and resources on a daily basis. Additionally, you will help train employees, complete daily JSA/JHA logs, track attendance, and order materials. Main Responsibilities: - Allocation of people and resources - Overseeing installation of the solar process from start to finish, including panel wiring - Ordering materials and coordinating delivery details - Managing material inventory - Overseeing all subcontractors on site and addressing daily issues - Handling day-to-day tasks Working Monday-Saturday. Mon-Thurs: 7:00am - 5:30pm.
