Direct and manage all Field Operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, quality, and other production-related activities on all projects in their pre-determined area. The Field Operations Manager will work with project Superintendents to ensure that all aspects of the project’s concrete construction are effectively coordinated, meet specifications, and remain on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Concrete Focus: Oversee all concrete-related activities, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications. Coordination: Work closely with Superintendents and other FO Managers to ensure seamless integration of concrete work with other construction activities. Productivity Management: Manage labor and material productivity based on budget and job costs. Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Project Executives or Project Managers. Manpower Management: Assess and shift manpower resources as needed, collaborating with other area managers to address manpower need

Overview: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervision of all assigned branch locations, operations personnel, and of the maintenance, cleanliness, and operating condition of the facility. The Regional Operations Manager must know, understand and implement Company policies, procedures, and standards with respect to health, safety, maintenance, operation and regulatory compliance, and insist that all other personnel, contractors, and visitors adhere to Company policies, procedures, and standards. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for timely compilation and maintenance of performance metrics for the facility and its personnel. These metrics will be reported periodically to the, Operations Vice President, Sr. VP of Operations, or other designated personnel. Performance of this position requires interpretation and application of Company policies, programs, and Mission/Vision/Values.
