Objectives of the position: The Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of warehouse activities, including the handling of goods coming in and out of the warehouse. Optimize inventory control, streamline operations, and enhance team performance. Key Responsibilities: Requirements profile: Shipping & Receiving Management: Oversee the process of receiving shipments and ensure accurate inventory records. Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods and materials. Ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately packed, labelled, and dispatched on time. Manage and track shipping schedules, both inbound and outbound. Warehouse Organization: Ensure that warehouse space is efficiently organized, and inventory is properly stored. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following all safety regulations and company policies. Overview: The Drop Lot Coordinator is responsible for managing movement of all yard and shuttle drivers, keeping up with dock moves as assigned by Mars, managing trailer pulls from Fisher Road Plant, Landair Warehouse and West Jefferson Warehouse (Empties, Raws and Pack Returns), and keeping computer work current and fill out shift report.
