Description Summary: The Program Manager MD Staff Database is a highly organized and detail-oriented MD Staff Database Manager who will oversee the MD Staff improvement projects. The Program Manager MD Staff Database will collaborate closely with medical staff offices, and legal to streamline data management processes and implement best practices for data integrity and security. In a High-Reliability Organization, reporting to the System Director of Credentialing, the Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of key project initiatives to drive process improvement through standardization and streamlining credentialing software processes to optimize operations across the enterprise and achieve high clinician satisfaction.
