Sign Code, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business, and company management has over 55 years combined business experience. We take the success of our company and the accuracy of our code checks personally. Turnaround time is usually only two or three days for individual site requests. Medium-sized projects of 100-300 can usually be completed in about 10 days. Larger projects may take longer. Prices for our pre-permit code checks vary depending on the complexity of the template and amount of information required, so please contact us for specific pricing. Getting started with us is very easy. All we normally require is an address for an existing location, or an intersection for new construction. We will determine the zoning for the property, and fill out a template with information on what types of signs are allowed. Completed work is then billed with terms of Net 30 days. We have many different code check templates available, but if we don't have exactly what you need, we can customize a template specifically for your project.
