Title: Contract Landman Location: Denver Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Land team representative for all project area meetings, coordinate with subsurface group and ops on drilling schedule to ensure drilling and completions schedules are not delayed. Direct negotiations for project area leasing, acquisitions and trades while supporting broader A&D efforts. Coordinate and handle all commission matters (spacing, pooling, notice lists) and work with state and federal agencies regarding lease issues. Oversee title, leasing, and other broker projects. Monthly reporting in timely and accurate manner to track metrics and performance. Review invoices for accuracy. Responsible for creation and maintenance of Federal Exploratory Units. Manage allocated budget in responsible areas, report on actual and projected spend. Ensure all internal DSU/well information is up to date weekly in internally systems. Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Denver or our Framingham office. ** This is a hybrid role, onsite 3-4 times a week ** The Administrative Assistant will support the Project Managers in the Commercial Energy Division of Leidos in a variety of tasks.
