Management maintains an open-door policy and genuinely values production workers' expertise. From good benefits to recognizing hard work, you feel like a valued team member, not just a number. I’m constantly impressed by our commitment to quality. Coworkers are respectful but mostly keep to themselves. Others may crave more engagement.

Training was adequate, and the tools needed are available. There’s a clear focus on quality, and every department works hard to meet expectations. Equipment updates happen often. The training programs are top-notch. There’s little variation day to day, and most tasks are repetitive. Good work-life balance with flexible scheduling options. What I appreciate most is the emphasis on safety.
