Space Planner Cambridge, MA (Onsite) 6+ Month Contract, potential to extend or convert As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process. As a Sr. Space Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all occupancy, space management, and move and change activity services are delivered efficiently and effectively for a Life Sciences client. This role supports the Moves, Additions and Changes function with the responsibility for building space design, construction, and moving services. Responsibilities: Generate conceptual solutions and work with the client to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available laboratory & office space. Provide accurate and timely activity and space allocation matrix reporting. Assist with creating CAD-based architectural and furniture plans. Coordinate clients move projects and daily churn moves, within client CAFM system, to ensure accurate delivery of changes on time
