SUMMARY: Responsible for delivery and invoicing of product in accordance with Company guidelines/policy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Perform the check out for the product on delivery truck as beginning inventory, ensure count matches inventory truck levels, make necessary inventory adjustments, report inventory count to opening manager, load all assigned delivery equipment, close all trailer doors. Complete pre-trip to include inspection of vehicle, check fuel, oil and water levels of vehicle, check brakes, tires and lights, adjust all mirrors for safe operation of equipment, check and secure the hand cart, Geotab and DOT ELD compliance. Service all customers scheduled for the day. When arriving at an account, greet decision maker, when possible, review all invoicing with receiver at check-in to ensure accuracy, and discuss instructions for display/merchandising of products, make note of any uncompetitive activities for later discussion with supervisor.
