This position is responsible for fulfilling creating, printing and/or verification of product labels. This may include verifying and documenting labels for products or raw fruit, vegetables, proteins, or other food related products to ensure they meet our company specifications. Requirements ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Works independently or with others to ensure label content is accurate, meets specifications, and print is clear. Documents errors or corrections needed. Update food label content prior to printing. Verifies and/or creates product specifications according to Julian date, forecasts food shelf life according to manufacturing date.
