Job Description Job Description Assurgent Medical Staffing, an Atlanta based staffing firm, is seeking experienced, highly motived and hardworking individuals for Locums Tenens & Permanent Placement Recruiting roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting Physician and Advanced Practitioner candidates to our clients utilizing proven methods of success. Additional responsibilities will include keeping updated information in the Applicant Tracking System, leveraging technology to market various opportunities, and contract negotiation. Duties and Responsibilities Recruit physician or advance practice providers from designed marketing strategies. Research and design effective marketing strategies (internet or journal posting, postcard mailer, email and text broadcasts, conference advertising etc.) to meet recruitment goals. Maintain information in applicant tracking system (ATS) with reviews and updates. Update information within company database on consistent basis

Responsibilities: •They are responsible for finding and placing healthcare professionals into jobs at hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc. •They work with a wide range of positions-from doctors to nurses to physical therapists-and they help ensure that these professionals are placed in an environment where they can do their best work. •Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and interest in the position. •Representing client interests by negotiating with candidates to reach agreement on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. •Coordinating the administrative aspects of hiring new employees, including processing paperwork, verifying credentials, and scheduling orientations. •Reviewing applicants' resumes and interviewing applicants for open positions. •Identifying prospective candidates for jobs based on client requests and job requirements. •Reviewing and updating candidate profiles in databases, such as online applications and applicant tracking sys
