As the Director of Renewables Operations Control Center (ROCC) you will be expected to structure, manage, coordinate, monitor, and assess the real-time operations of its renewable's generation fleet. The director will be essential in forming the ROCC's operational philosophy and finding opportunities to create a cutting-edge control center. The ROCC Director collaborates closely with key stakeholders, including Engineering, IT, Operations, GEMS, and Asset Management, to develop, implement, and manage the processes and procedures essential for establishing and operating the ROCC. The director will oversee the ROCC team, which currently comprises one Supervisor and six operators working in a 24/7, year-round operational environment, along with the regulatory and compliance teams.
