South Fork Industries has been doing commission dyeing and finishing for more than 20 years. Since beginning production in 1988, South Fork Industries has been known as an industry leader in quality work and integrity. With a total of 14 dye machines (pressure jets and soft flow), we have the capability of dyeing a multitude of different fabrics. A centralized computer controls the dye machines and communicates with the dye/chemical mixing room to ensure proper adjustments. Load sizes range from 150 1700 lbs. Tubular We have two shrinkage control belt dryers as well as 24 tumble dryers. Along with the four Fabcon compactors, we can overcome nearly any shrinkage concerns either rolled or flat folded. We also offer tubular napping. Open width Our frame is a Krantz 8 bay tenter frame capable of a maximum width of 74. In addition to the 24 tumble dryers, we also have a Fabcon open width compactor to help maximize shrinkage control. Open width napping as well as tip shearing is also available.
