Basic Function: Ensure Staymaker and Events Bars are fully prepped for daily business and all special events. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Assisting with bar inventory every Monday morning. Setting up bar wells every morning. Receiving and checking in supply orders on Mondays and Thursdays, properly stocking and rotating. Juicing citrus for service twice per week. Making syrups and specialty spirits for use in cocktails. Building kegged and barrel-aged cocktails. Assisting with overall product management for Staymaker restaurant - reducing waste, improving product freshness, and maintaining consistency. Ensure cleanliness of bar prior to open of business.
