Position Summary: We are looking for a natural Sales Leader with the proven ability to grow a book of business in the transportation industry, while influencing and motivating others to perform at a high level. This candidate will act as a coach and advocate to develop and train a sales team while creating an encouraging and positive environment. The CSL will go above and beyond expectations to grow and mentor their team and will need to be energetic, creative and knowledgeable to overcome challenges daily. Day to Day Functions: + Conduct sales training for all new sales employees. + Conduct weekly & monthly sales meetings. + Create sales targets and track daily, weekly and monthly pacing based on projections. + Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members. + Manage the CRM, track data being entered and run reports as needed. + Ensure goals and expectations are achieved such as: phone stats, new customers, revenue, margins and other daily metrics. + Assist with customer quotes
