Job Description Job Description Our restaurant is looking to add a skilled kitchen porter to our team. In this role, you will be asked to support our kitchen staff by (including and not limited to) washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing cookware, dishes, and utensils as well as kitchen maintenance such as cleaning the hoods, cleaning/filtering fryers, and deep cleaning floors, walls, cooking equipment, and refrigerators. You will also play a basic role in the food preparation process. This will include following basic recipes and methods as directed by your supervisor.
