The Springdale School District will provide a research-based ESOL program for its students we are identified and assessed as an English Learners (EL). Our program goals are aimed to enable English Learners and Primary Home Language Other Than English (PHLOTE) students : EL's to be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English comparable to their native English speaking peers.
