Job Description: Knowledge Management and Quality Specialist Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico Job Summary: The Knowledge Management and Quality Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management and quality strategies to optimize processes and improve productivity. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure that best practices and quality standards are followed at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a knowledge management system that facilitates access to information and organizational learning. Implement and monitor quality management processes to ensure compliance with established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures. Provide training and support to employees on quality and knowledge management topics. Conduct internal audits and process evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system. Generate reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Quality Specialist ensures that Simply Good Foods systems meet the highest standards for food safety and quality as required by regulations and certification bodies. This individual is responsible for managing multiple projects, exercising independent decision-making and professionalism with all internal/external stakeholders. In addition, the Quality Specialist will support our Quality Managers with documentation and reporting needs in the Quality Management System.
