The Pediatric part of the team is comprised of navigators, RNs, and Advanced Practice clinicians. This collaborative group works to take care of patients, who are outside of the hospital setting, in the moment or helps direct the patient to the most appropriate level of care. Through many different access points, patients are able to reach the team 24x7x365 to help with medical issues in real time.
