Teams collaborate well, and there’s a strong emphasis on keeping everything running efficiently. Processes are tightly controlled, which helps productivity but limits flexibility. It’s a company where people are appreciated and given room to grow.

Leadership is visible but doesn’t always follow through quickly on suggestions or feedback. I’ve really enjoyed being part of this company. Management is supportive and transparent, fostering trust and engagement.
