Title: Executive Administrative Assistant for Financial and Administrative Affairs Job Summary This job supports the Executive Vice President of Financial Affairs and Student Services, the Division of Financial and Administrative Affairs, and other offices within the finance college unit. Job Duties •Performs finance-related support functions, including implementing process improvement activities, financial data analysis, and professional correspondence. •Enters all purchase requests, extra pay authorizations, MOU's, and travel for the Office of Financial Affairs and employees as requested.
