Inspect all parts off of the Cylinder Head gasket press 100% to inspection criteria using defined inspection work instructions and inspection time criteria. Performs and records quality checks as defined in work instructions to assure quality of all products inspected. Prepare and print all paperwork, labels, check sheets and reports, etc. Maintains ongoing operation by inspecting parts needed by assembly operation to maintain production flow and customer requirements. Properly records all daily production performance. Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Perform, maintain and record 5 S check sheets for layer inspection.
