The company runs well, but morale fluctuates. The validation documentation exceeded FDA audit requirements. They also encourage continuous learning, providing resources for us to improve our skills. There's not a lot of engagement beyond daily tasks, and opportunities for feedback are rare. It's motivating to work for an organization that truly values its people.
