The Dispatcher is directly responsible to ensure confirmation of technician's pre-call and daily site check in. The Dispatcher is responsible for working time sensitive tasks to ensure the timely arrival of the technician to the customer's site by the designated scheduled trip time with all required tools and documentation. They are also responsible for the escalation back to the appropriate team of all issues that could affect the technician's ability to be onsite per the scheduled time required. The Contract Coordinator is the first person to speak with the technician company regarding the job to be completed; the information they share and expectation they set is critical to the technician being successful onsite.
