With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional. I feel lucky to be a part of this team and look forward to my future here. Culture of respect and inclusion. Encourages new ideas and autonomy. I have access to various learning resources and feel supported by my managers. However, there’s little excitement in the day-to-day tasks.

I appreciate the way feedback is encouraged and acted upon. It creates a sense of trust and unity across the entire organization. The company offers a fantastic employee discount program. While the environment is respectful, it’s not particularly engaging or dynamic.
