The opportunities for advancement are clear, and I’ve benefited from strong mentorship programs. It’s a decent place to work if you’re looking for stability, though burnout can be a concern. Management demonstrates a genuine understanding of the demanding nature of healthcare and actively supports efforts to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Training exists, though onboarding could be improved.
